Support
Need help, found a bug, or have feedback? Email support@robugames.com — we read every message. (ONE PIXEL is made by RoBu Games, a trading name of Bhoopendrasingh Bhogun.)
Emailing us is different from playing the game. When you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you write, in an ordinary inbox — that's separate from, and not automatically linked to, the gameplay analytics described in our Privacy Policy.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I play?
- Tap to hit each of the 200 beats in ASCENT, ONE PIXEL's one track. One life — a missed or mistimed tap ends the run. Beat your best, or beat a friend's shared score.
- My best score seems wrong / how do I reset it?
- The score shown in-game lives on your device — we can't change what's displayed remotely. To reset it, delete and reinstall ONE PIXEL (iOS) or clear the app's storage in Settings (Android). There is currently no in-app reset button. Note that this only resets what's shown in the app; past analytics events already sent (see Privacy Policy) aren't affected by reinstalling.
- I shared a score/challenge link and it didn't open the app for my friend.
- Challenge links only work if the person you send them to already has ONE PIXEL installed on their device.
- Do you sell my data?
- We don't sell data for money. We do use Google AdMob for advertising, which some privacy laws (like California's CCPA) classify as "sharing" data even without a sale. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what that involves.
- I saw a test/placeholder ad.
- Builds distributed before public launch show Google's official test ads only, not real ones.
